Mr. Roper earned a Masters in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Omaha in 1963. Afterwards he came to Springfield College to work during the 1960’s. At first he was an assistant registrar and a Professor at the Education department, afterwards he became the College registrar and a Professor at the Psychology department.
