"100 facts from the YMCA's First 100 years in Aquatics" is a booklet created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of swimming programs in the YMCA. Since the first YMCA swimming pool in the Brooklyn Central YMCA in New York in 1885, the YMCA was an innovator in the aquatic development in the world. The booklet was written to recognize some of the YMCA’s leaders of the past. The booklet was written in 1985 by Lloyd C. Arnold, Ed.D.
