A letter by Springfield College football coach Ted Dunn and his coaching staff to the 1965 Football team. The letter is dated July 27, 1965. The letter talks about the conditioning program that the coaches want the football players to undertake, on their own, over August. Though the program is aware of the varying individual needs each team member requires, the programs main intention is to provide a standard of exercises to be followed to achieve physical fitness. The program includes a weight 3-day training program per week, and a calisthenic and running program.

The 1965 Springfield College Football team went 9-0-0, and remains the only College Football team to go undefeated and untied during a season. The team received many honors, including Ted Dunn being named UPI New England College Division Coach of the Year and several players received honors including being selected for the All Decade Team.
