Two photograph contact sheets containing images from a Health/Fitness Institute held in Springfield College in 1986. The film strip includes pictures of a class of fitness. Various physical exercises can be observed on the images. The 1986 Springfield College Health/Fitness was held at Springfield College from July 16 to August 3. It was directed for exchange students from the Osaka YMCA College Health/Fitness Institute, and was part of the many visits that took place in the 1980’s from the Japan YMCA Colleges. The Health/Fitness Institute offered the following classes: English, S.C.U.B.A., H/F Management, Fitness Principles, and Stress Management.
