Description:
The fifth annual report to secondary schools, dated October 1951. From 1947-2008, the Office of Admission sent the reports as resources for secondary school administrators and the students they guided. Provided in the reports were statistics on the incoming freshman class and information regarding the College's admission policies. Reports also often provided updates regarding the admissions staff, campus, financial aid, or the College's curriculum. Starting in 1971 some statistics regarding the senior class were also provided, and starting in 1995 statistics regarding transfer students were included. Accompanying this report is an additional typescript report containing similar information pertaining to admissions and the incoming class. This report was likely sent to College faculty and is dated October 6, 1951.
