Sermon notes by Edward Hitchcock quoting Acts 9:6 and discussing the concept of man's duty. Hitchcock lists what he considers false principles that some men live by, including the principle of honor, pleasing others, expediency, and impulse. He then explains what he considers the true standard of mankind's duty: the will of God. Hitchcock ends with a list of six inferences he believes can be drawn from this.
