This special highlights three Arkansas teachers. Dan Long teaches physical sciences at Mayflower School. Winona Bryant teaches consumer home economics at Texarkana Arkansas Senior High School. Mary Wince teaches first grade, as well the the gifted and talented program at Bruno-Pyatt School. The program switches between each of the three teachers talking played over footage of their school day. Topics include their home and family lives, how they got into teaching, their responsibilities as teachers, approaches they take to teaching specific subjects and students, and addition activities the teachers do outside of the classroom.
