Notes:
The team is arranged on and around the winner’s podium, with Coach Frank Wolcott and an unidentified student holding the trophy in the center. This was the second time Springfield College won the EIGL, the first being when they tied with Pennsylvania State University three years earlier. The EIGL is an NCAA Division I college athletic conference which sponsors men’s gymnastics. It is an affiliate of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC). The Springfield College men’s gymnastics team finished the season with an undefeated record of seven wins under Coach Frank Wolcott.
