Concerning the attached correspondence, in which Patrice Clerc of Roland Garros informs Lynton Taylor of Channel 9 that they cannot accept their terms, and that Clerc understands this means that the French Open will not be broadcast on Australian television this year. McCormack cannot believe that Clerc would write such a letter, that not broadcasting the event in Australia would be very bad for the future of the French Open, and suggests that Proisy write to Bimes to see if they can save the situation.
