Letter from Clinton T. Brann to Rhea Oppenheimer

Item Information

Title:
Letter from Clinton T. Brann to Rhea Oppenheimer
Description:
Clint and Merle Way wanted a change of scenery so they took a drive out to Pella. There wasn't anything to do when they got there, so they had a drink and returned. They sold their home in Knoxville yesterday for $5000. Martha plans to move into a small place not far away, and they'll sell their other property downtown when the time is right. Selma dropped in the office today to ask if he was planning to visit Chariton, which he was. He's sorry he had to miss Rhea's party and but writes that they will definitely get over to Davenport next Fall.
