A poster advertising the coursework for the YMCA Army Work training offered at the International YMCA Training School, now Springfield College. The course was offered in two terms by the Committee on Army Work Course and Springfield College. The first term from June 16 to July 15 and the second term from July 17 to August 15, 1917. In the top side of the poster two photographs can be seen. Left photograph depicts Arthur Rudman, Instructor in Army Work Methods, and Henry B. Wright, instructor of Personal Work Among Soldiers from Yale University. A description of the course can be read in the middle of the poster. A drawing in the bottom titled "Greetings from a Springfield College Graduate at the Front" by Montagu Modder, Class of 1916, also appeared in the 1917 Massasoit yearbook.
