The sculpture is of a woman with a head covering and necklace. It is constructed out of eight separate pieces held together on metal rods, rebar. Her legs are made up of several different pieces depicting objects found in her natural world (coral, shells, etc) with bright and natural colors. Her right arm, darker than her skin tone, is covered with striations pointing in multiple directions and is holding her stomach or womb. Her left arm terminates beneath the shoulder. Her torso is tattooed on the front and back. The front tattoo runs from her collar bone to below her naval and is made up of geometrically patterned lines and dots. The tattoo on her back is of a similar style using triangles and lines to create a cross at the center of her back. Her necklace is constructed out of cowry shells and geometric shaped pieces of clay (maid resemble leather) that are held together by string. An arm band of a similar style is wrapped around her upper right arm. Her dark brown head piece displays a basket weave pattern to give the appearance of cloth. It is wrapped around her head in a way that completely covers her ears and the back of her head without obscuring her forehead.
