Representative Joseph Kennedy greets a Villa Victoria resident with open arms during his neighborhood visit.
Description:
On May 10, 1993, Kennedy visited the Villa Victoria neighborhood and addressed community members from in front of the ceramic tile mural in Plaza Betances. He greets a woman who is possibly an Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción board member. A boy watches from her side, and other community members stand around in the plaza for the event.
