Description:
Alex Alvear and Claudio Ragazzi, Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción employees who worked in the Areyto program, along with several unidentified musicians, enter a school auditorium from the rear, playing various percussion instruments while the student audience looks on. In the 1990s, Areyto introduced Puerto Rican and Latino American culture to 25-30 Boston public schools through its In-School Cultural Awareness Program and the Young Audiences of Massachusetts Program.
