Construction workers look up at the red steel beams that are being used in the construction of Taino Tower.
Description:
The brick walls that they stand near were once part of the former Shawmut Congregational Church. Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción purchased the abandoned church and built housing on the site, incorporating portions of the church's facade and its tower into the new structure.
