Asserting the rights of the "8 million Non-Europeans" living in South Africa; distinguishing the Hitler regime "from all the tyrannies of the past" and comparing the Nazi and Herrenvolk ideologies; and demanding that the plaguing latter "be eradicated in South Africa, that there shall be an end to this system whereby the rights of the people are trampled underfoot by a small minority, and that there shall be no longer one system of law and morality for the Non-Europeans and a different one for the Herrenvolk." Signed Z. R. Mahabane, G. H. Gool, and E. C. Roberts.
