U.S. (United States) or American flag. Hand and/or machine stitched construction. Thirteen red and white stripes with each stripe sewn together. Blue rectangular panel of fabric taking up the upper left quadrant of the flag. Thirty-five white stars sewn onto blue fabric rectangle in upper left quadrant. Thirty-five stars are sewn on in five rows with seven stars in each row evenly spaced. Rows are staggered. Border rolled to allow for rope. Rope still attached of dark brown with friable fibers. Paper tag stapled to center of left-hand border.
