Description
Started in 1888, a group of men who met monthly to attract businesses to Watertown including Hood Rubber Company, much like a combination of a chamber of commerce and the Rotary Club. The goal was to encourage "social and business betterment." 60 men are posed in front of porch, all but 5 are named. Circa 1890.: 1. John L. Robbins, 2. George E. Priest, 3. Rev. William G.
