Description
Used for chemical analysis of surfaces. In 1975, the use of glass fiber composites in modern missiles necessitated the development of relectane Fourier infrared analysis and X-ray electron spectroscopy analysis to detect the onset, rate and type of deterioration in order to predict and prevent their weathering.
