Barnard Block, owned by Joel Barmard Jr., corner of Galen and Main Streets, 1893, on the current location of the delta in Watertown Square. The Watertown Enterprise newspaper's office is the first of the businesses in this building. Pictured is the Watertown Enterprise, the town?s paper-of-record from 1879 into the 1940s. Building was partially demolished in 1906.
