This map was drawn by Richmond Knapp Fletcher, Phillips Academy Class of 1904. It shows the Cochran Bird Sanctuary, which was created for Moncrieff Cochran, Phillips Academy Class of 1900. The map shows the main trails and the sites for some of the buildings, memorials and trails that were a part of this preserve. The two ponds were created for swimming and as a home for water birds.
