Two whip factories made of wood - Bishop, Lay & Co. and
C.W. Spencer Whip Manufactory. In its "heyday", the Spencer firm's 5
workers produced 1,200 whips annually. Three women and many men standing
in front of the buildings. Two men with top hats, and one man sitting
on building's trim. Woman is leaning out window.
