In the Name of God Amen. This Tenth Day of May One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Seven, I James Deneson of Sturbridge in the County of Worcester and State of the Massachusetts Bay in New England (yeoman) Calling to mind my mortality, do make this my Last Will and Testament as follows (viz.) first and principaly (stet.) I Commit my Soul into the Hands of the Almighty God my Creator hoping in his mercy through the merits of Death and Passion and Prevailing Intercession of Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior: and my Body I desire may be decently buried in faith of the resurection of it at the Last Day and as touching such temporal estate as God hath betrusted me with (after my just debts are paid) I will and bequeath as follows:

I Give and Bequeath utno my beloved wife Experience Deneson all my Indore moveable for her use Dureing her naturall Life and point that they be after Her Decease, be Equaly Divided to my Grand Daughters Miriam Dreser, Rebeckah Wheelock and Experience Wheelock, also I Bequeath the one third of my Place and my House for the life of my wife Experience Dureing her naturall Life.

I Give and Bequeath unto my Beloved Grand Son Ralph Wheelock all my farm that I Purchased of Jeremiah Chickering

I Give and Bequeath unto my Beloved Grand Daughter Rebeckah Wheelock a certain Peice of land Called the Old House Peice up the Hill fenced all Round with Stone wall and some Aple trees on sd. Land

I Give and Bequeath unto my Beloved Grand Son James Wheelock a certain Peice of Land suposed to be two acres Lyes East of the Lane that Leads from the House to teh Hill Pasture fenced with Stone wall except by sd. Lane
