South side of Main Street, depicting Paige, Carpenter Colburn Co. The flat belt sign declares "Men's Youths & Boys' Clothing" store, located in the Edwards block. The store has two large windows on the first floor to display its wares. The door to the store has two openings as was typical in the Victorian era. Six men are standing outside the building, one of them a uniformed police officer, another sporting a bowtie, one in a work outfit of dungarees, the others are formally dressed, all wearing hats. View of the Comstock building on the north side of Main Street is reflected in the window. A hitching post for a horse is in the foreground.
