Description
Garfield-Fisk House. Built c. 1702-03. Believed to have burned down c. 1942. Bottom photo on page 37 from Houses in Lincoln 100 Years Old and Over with Some of Their Owners (copy 2). View of home in Lincoln, Mass. that is believed to have since burned down. Accompanying text on page reads, "Built in 1702 or 1703. 1702/3 Benjamin Garfield 15-215. 1712 Thomas Garfield. 1752 Thomas Garfield. Elija Fisk [pencil mark crossed out "m a Garfield"]. Sullivan Coolidge. A.J. Drake. Richard Barrett. Mrs. Elizabeth A. Richardson." Handwritten annotation: "Burned (cir. 1942?)."
