Description
Dakin-Russell-Warner House (also listed as Charles Russell Codman House). Built c. 1715-1722 (before 1767). Style: Colonial/Colonial Revival. Architect: Unknown (alterations - early 20th c. builder, Robert D. Donaldson). West section added c. 1901-03. Door and fenestration altered c. 1901-19. Back ell expanded c. 1901-1920. Later changed height of back. Garage added after 1999.
