Text reads, "1821 William Benjamin. 1846 William O. Benjamin. 1889 Heirs. 1904 David Farquhar, remodelled. Annie M. Farquhar." Handwritten annotation: "Bertolami. Hayden Mason. Interior of the old part gutted & redone 1950s or 60s."
