Description
A postcard showing the fire that destroyed the Wachusett House in Princeton, Massachusetts. The photograph was taken at 11:00 AM on November 28, 1910, shortly after the fire started. The Postcard shows damaged furniture taken from the building while the blaze was in progress. The fire caused 30,000 dollars in damage. The Wachusett House was located on the southern end of the Princeton Town Common on what is now Dingman Park.
