description- – The photograph is of the thrash steam-drive disinfector, a disinfecting machine used by the 26th army division. A group of soldiers stand waiting to receive their clothes. One of the two steam vats is open and the wire basket containing the disinfected clothing is being removed. The clothes were steamed at a temperature of 238 degrees Fahrenheit and at a pressure of 7 to 10 pounds for 30 minutes. The photograph was taken in Saacy, France on August 10, 1918.

The tournament was held at the American Embarkation Center in the town of Ecommoy in the region of Saithe in France on March 12, 1919. Corporal Morris won the decision.
