Mr. W.L. Grout, Esq.
- – Photograph of Mr. William L. Grout of Orange, Mass. He began his career by manufacturing sewing machines with Thomas White ofthe White Sewing Machine Company. He went on to become president of the New Home Sewing Machine Company of Orange for one year andsuperintendent and director for many years. He was the financial backer for his sons' business, the Grout Bros. Automobile Company.

Grout Bros.' Motor Vehicle Factory
